Important Shipping & Processing Notice
Order Processing
- Costumes, accessories, and replica weapons are typically prepared for dispatch within 2 weeks of purchase.
- During holiday periods and the Halloween season, please allow an additional week for order processing.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
- We ship worldwide, including to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.
- Free shipping is available on orders over AUD $150 (or the equivalent in your local currency) in eligible regions.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery to major destinations typically takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. This is in addition to the order processing time above.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier conditions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All international orders are handled by our third-party logistics partners. Any import duties or customs fees are fully covered by Ace Cosplay, so you will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@acecosplay.com with your order number so we can investigate.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly. This reporting timeframe does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
